Course / inspections

The downhill course will be marked on Monday 19 January 2026, from which date it will be open for inspection only. Racing / racing speeds are strictly forbidden!

On Friday 23 January 2026 from 15.00, the entire race course will be closed in order to prepare for the race. Skiers will not be permitted to use the Mürren-Schilthorn aerial cableway from 14.15 onwards.

It is not possible to inspect the course on race day.

Non-compliance with these conditions will result in disqualification.
 

For the giant slalom only one inspection is possible on race day for a limited time. Start numbers must be visible during inspection. Only racers are allowed on the course.
Participants racing through the gates during inspection will be disqualified.
